  • On each of the assets BTV is adding value via various asset management initiatives including expansion, repurposing, and/or generation of additional income stream(s).

The 22,140 sqm Gdynia City Logistics project, developed by BTV in a joint venture with Torus, has been successfully completed. The facility has been delivered to the market and is fully leased.
